WARRANTIES
No products for sale on this website come with warranties unless expressly advertised as such. Products may still be under warranty with their
relevant manufacturers, however that is at the manufacturers discretion and Horse Gear cannot be held responsible for warranties with third party companies.
Products which are declared to be DOA (faulty at the time of recieving them) will be replaced once the faulty product has been returned and assessed.
Should a satisfactory replacement not be available, a store credit or refund shall be issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Generally, we do not accept returns unless the product is declared to be faulty or not as advertised. Returns will only be accepted after communicating
with Horse Gear management. Once the product in question has been returned, it will be assessed by horse gear and it will either be replaced with an
identical item (should one be available) or a store credit / refund will be issued.

Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind or if the item doesn't fit so please choose carefully. Should you be unsure about anything,
please don't hesitate to contact us and we will help you to the best of our ability as we are horsey people and only too happy to help.

SHIPPING
We use Australia Post to ship out all of our orders. All orders are sent out using either registered or express post as they provide tracking numbers.
Items will not be insured unless expressly asked for by the customer (with the exception of saddles - they will ONLY be sent out registered and insured).
All postage and handling prices will be displayed on the items description. We endeavour to ship out as cheaply as possible and recycle packaging where
we can.

Combined postage is offered for multiple item purchases in the one transaction. Please contact us for a combined postage costing.
